Food is AWESOME.

We usually go for BBQ places but seemed interested. Almost passed because menu seemed confusing but cashier had photos on her phone for the different options and explained. This the best deal ever. Their drumsticks are 2.5 times the smoked drumsticks at Kroger. Moist and tender and so much came for the $17 Southern Soul menu. I got a taste of everything and two meals out of it. Loved that the black eyed peas had brisket cooked with them. The flavors were so good. First time I enjoyed greens. Will be back.

The customer service was great! The food, not so good. This was my second time going and was very disappointed. The turkey was ok, but this visit changed my whole mind. They barely gave us any dirty rice and when we called to say we would like some more, we were told they sold out. Not to mention the Hennessey sauce we asked for extra and was told they didn't have enough. I was refunded for the extra sauce. The problem with the sauce that was on it was little to none and taste watered down. So we ended up eating somewhere else. Today we went back for extra rice and sauce since it was so dry. Instead of them trying to correct it, Turkey Leg House charged us $21 for two small bowls of rice and two sauce. The bowl of rice was not even full. I included the picture of the rice. I wish this visit was like our first.

Showed great hospitality lets us know about the menu and different options they have. Food was hot and smelled amazing and even tasted better everything was cook well and fresh. The bbq sauce was thick and tasted homemade and was pleasing to have a sauce with no after taste best I taste so far. The turkey was smoked and had a crispy skin like it should and last but not least fell off the bone

STOP WHAT YOU’RE DOING & CHECK THIS PLACE OUT!!! The food here, is absolutely DELICIOUS!!! The turkey legs have so much flavor & super tender; literally, fall off the bone tender! The pork chops are AMAZING too! Service with a smile! It was my first time in & the owner was so friendly & took the time to go over the menu with me & showed how they were featured in the Ft. Worth Magazine also! I’ll definitely be back for more!!! Thank y’all once again for the outstanding food & hospitality likewise!!!

My dad got me a turkey leg to go and when I say it melts in your mouth like literally it does in seconds! So good and honestly better than state fair turkey legs at a great price! Def want to check out other items on the menu but these legs tho ? flavorful and PERFECTION!

Erica went above and beyond to make our experience wonderful. Our food was delicious and the service was fantastic. Even the bathrooms were clean. I can't wait to return. We had the southern soul food special and some dirty rice stuffed turkey legs and loved them both. The kool-aid was great and the honey bun cake was delicious. We needed naps after all that! We'll be back!

First time going was today (6/22/23). When I tell y'all the food was on point. I got the jerk turkey leg stuffed with crawfish mac and cheese. If you don't care for spicy, DO NOT get the jerk. It was good and spicy but not spicy to where it wasn't enjoyable. When I tell you the meat was falling off the bone. Maaannnn! When I went in, the husband and wife were working (who are also the owners, I believe). I loved the environment, food, and good conversations. This place is black owned, and y'all know we support those ? I give this place a 10/10 will recommend. I just set up another date with my other friend girls to this place...it's honestly that good. My friend girl today got the turkey leg stuffed with dirty rice and brisket. She and I both got some honey bun cake, which was moist and flavorful. I will return if I live to see it.

Also! The bathroom was CLEAN, too. I get so sick of going places with bathrooms because they're not always cleans or they stank really bad. Not this one. Clean and smelling good.

I wish I could give 100000 STARS!!! This place is a hidden gem! I didn’t even get a picture because it was so good I forgot to take one lol. I had the stuffed turkey leg and it was stuffed with dirty rice & brisket, good lord it was falling off the bone!!!! I had an otherworldly experience eating it, I literally had my eyes closed chewing, I savored every bite. I’m so full but I wish I had room for more, that’s how good it was!
10000/10 recommend!! 😀
