Dr. Brad and Menzies have been doing my vein procedures to treat my chronic venous insufficiency and the process has been wonderful! I enjoy chatting with them as they are doing my procedure. I am looking forward to the end result ☺️ Julie has been so helpful and made sure my insurance processed so I wasn’t hit with a random bill! Can’t say enough good things about this clinic, I’ll recommend them to everyone I know.

Brad and Dr Menzies are amazing people. I have been coming here for years and they have always fixed my legs right up treating my varicose veins. My legs were terrible years ago and they look and feel awesome now. I will continue to keep coming here. Julie is also very nice and helpful
To work with. The team really works well together and have such a special relationship and all very caring .

I really enjoy working with Dr. Menzies and his staff at Southwest Vein and Leg. I recently had a few vein treatments done in my legs, and i have a few more cosmetic procedures scheduled. I would 100% recommend Southwest Vein and Leg to all my associates. Dr. Menzies has a great sense of humor and he and his staff make feel relaxed throughout the process.

I wish all medical practices were like this. The entire practice is top notch, professional but personable, and more than accommodating for someone like myself whose schedule is hectic. They make sure you understand what’s going to happen before, during and after the procedure. If you have any concerns post op you can always send them a text message and they’ll address them. Do yourself a favor and go here if you need one do their services they offer, you’ll be glad you did!

Dr. Menzies, Brad and Julie at Southwest Vein and Leg - Fort Worth are best in class!. Dr. Menzies and Brad are extremely knowledgeable, professional and caring. They took great care in explaining each step during procedures, making me feel comfortable, and taking the time to answer my questions. Julie has been absolutely wonderful in explaining and working through insurance issues and answering all of my questions. My legs are starting to feel so much better. I’m not having leg cramps anymore and my legs do not seem to be swelling like they were before my treatments. I’m not completely done with my treatments yet but I know I’m in good hands.

Dr. Menzies and his staff are phenomenal! Julie was super easy to work with and handled all of the insurance issues with ease. Everyone I came in contact with made me feel at ease, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and even made me laugh during the procedure. An appointment for sclerotherapy turned into a very thorough look at the veins in my legs, which revealed the reason for what was occurring in one of my legs. Julie was an incredible communicator, called me back quickly, and followed through with what she said she would do, a rarity this day and time. I highly recommend Dr. Menzies and his incredible team!
