A complete waste of time. They just told me to drink more water, without any actual checkup. I also never received the results (asked twice now) but got a bill from the lab they work with. When I said I didn’t want to pay for something I hadn’t received, they immediately threatened me with debt collectors. Very disappointing service. Find someone who actually cares about their clients.

Fantastic doctor, cheery and never dismissive. Dr. Chai is up for the challenge when it comes to hard to diagnosis issues, and not one to sweep symptoms under the rug or dismiss them as not important.

Dr. Myra Chai is a wonderful doctor! She’s super knowledgeable, caring, thoughtful, thorough and gentle! My husband and I are both seeing her as our primary doctor now and we both recommend her highly!

When I first visited her, she was pleasant but made an assumption about me based on what I assumed was my appearance. Subsequent care was ok (again, very pleasant), but I felt like it was just that - ok. It's really hard to get ahold of her in a timely manner and her explanations can seem a bit confusing. When I had COVID, I messaged right away and didn't hear back until I followed up. She told me she would've prescribed me Paxlovid but now it was too late (great, thank you). I didn't feel like I was in the best hands. Plus, when Oscar pulled out of Covered California and they stopped accepting HMOs, her staff initially refused to give me a referral. I personally think that there's better care out there ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Dr. Myra Chai is an excellent doctor. She is professional, kind, knowledgeable and patient. She listens to you and makes you feel that she has your best interests in mind. She does not prescribe medicine to you unless she determines that you really need the medicine. I like her conservative approach when it comes to my health. She also went to great lengths (more than one hour of her time) to get me the pre-authorization I needed in order to obtain the name brand medication I need. I trust her opinions and highly recommend her as a doctor.

Dr. Myra Chai is amazing. She has a warm personality and makes it a point to understand your medical history and hear any concerns you have. She also takes the time to explain to you what additional blood tests you can take (completely optional). Also, if you don’t love getting your blood drawn, I’m telling you she is the one to do it! The best draw I’ve ever had done in my life!
