Dr. John Chiang is the best OBGYN hands down! He’s staff is amazing! I’ve had my two deliveries with him and they were really smooth. Dr. Chiangs staff is so kind and helpful! Also with insurance issues, they helped me throughout to understand my benefits. I appreciate the patience that they had with me. Highly recommend!!!!

Love Doctor Chiang. I had a great experience with my first pregnancy. Here it is I’m expecting again and having a really hard time finding a decent OB and I’ve been trying and trying to get in to see him, office is still open and everything they answer their phones as if they are up and running but they have told me simply “we’re not seeing anyone” (not anyone new which either way I’m not) just anyone at all. Yet as my search continues whether it be through my primary provider or through insurance online or on the phone he continues to come up as one of my very few options. So finally I just decided to go through with the referral anyways to see what happens. In just 3 days I received a letter of approval. I got to call to see about making my appointment and she says “oh as of right now we’re not seeing anyone, had you called a week ago we would’ve been able to see you” BS because like I stated above I had called actually a week before now and even at least a month prior. And it’s never an answer just “we’re not seeing anyone” then close! People are trying to receive healthcare and you guys are obviously up to something! Very suspicious…

Dr. Chiang is very professional and kind. Regarding the front desk, I sense it's really case by case. We came here prepared, but she turned out to be fine -- nevertheless, Dr. Chiang is the one taking care of the patients and he does a great job.

I will give the lady named Elvira in the front desk 1 star. She is extremely rude and unprofessional. She looks like don’t anyone ask her any questions. And she’s rude to almost every patient. She is even not nice to her co workers. Besides Elvira, everyone else in the office is nice. Dr John Chiang is very nice and professional.

再好的医生没有一位好的前台都是鸡肋……我不明白为什么江医生的前台说他不收白卡并且说不对外开放！在美国怀孕想找一个好一点的医生真的很难，问了3位医生都不收白卡和现金…能不能有一点医德啊……

I'm writing this on 1/22/24 @ 12:40PM. I just called the office, and the representative was super impatient and rude. My wife called earlier, and the receptionist didn't answer any questions but asked my wife to call our insurance company. I called back, she said I sounded like a robot and hang up on me. Please find out who is working today. She needs to be fired!!!
