Losey experience. It use to be agood pkace to go buy what u needed for our loved pet. But it ihas gotten worse . The owner seems to be money hungry.
Prices are higher. If buy something for your pet and it doesn't agree with their tummy no returns no credit..so you are So you are stuck with the food or throw it away. The workers there are hard workers...but from what I here and experience he is the worse. I go there because it is convenient. But I won't be going there anymore. There are alot of pet stores in Burbank and Toluca lake. But the working Staff are great ..to bad there emplor is not. The 2 stars are because the owner is greedy. Every pet store II have bought from ..have always allowed returns. NOT THIS ONE. He would rather lose costumers for a few dollars . Pass the word ..I am.

Just found this place after trying to find Purina Pro Plan Cat food and they had it! It stock price was better than Petco. Staff were very friendly and helpful! They have all the major brands and a good selection of toys and supplies! This is now my new go to Pet Food Store!

I am so happy to have found a small biz in burbank that caters to the community. I love to shop here always, I never buy from petco, petsmarts at all. I support c&c for our dog and hamster and the Staff is kind and knowledgeable and I love their reward system and all their dog treats and products so much more affordable than your favorite big Corp store out there. Come here, parking is perfect and it's clean and nice.

They carry a nice variety of pet supplies. The employee was very friendly and the prices are ok when you compare it to any other retail. They have some kind of loyalty rewards program where you can get 2% back on store credit.
