I did not have a good experience while getting some tests done. Dr has great knowledge but the office lacks of new equipment to conduct proper testing.

Kimberly herself I enjoyed meeting. Very nice and informative. The process of everything took insanely long. The prescription I needed was not called in till the next day after me calling and messaging checking in on it. The prescriptions were said preventative but I can only imagine having to suffer another day until I got the right meds if I had something else. Most Dr office will have my prescription called in before I leave my appointment. She said my labs would be in after 48 hours but it took over a week to come in to my health record online.

I called to see if they were in after 3 days and the receptionist verbally gave me results that were incorrect. I asked her several times if she was sure and she confirmed. Days later I saw different results online and one result said not collected “UNABLE TO PERFORM TESTING DUE TO RECEIPT OF IMPROPER SPECIMEN” they did not inform me that one test was thrown out.

I’m not sure if this is a regular thing but the office seemed unorganized and prolonged.

The staff was kind and made sure to provide me with all the information I needed. They told me every procedure that would be happening, and even had a checklist on everything that was discussed. Mr. Richard was extremely gentle with drawing my blood, and made me feel comfortable. Loved meeting Dr. Barrow! She was super attentive to my questions, and i felt comfortable in our conversations over my medical history. She also made me feel comfortable during my check up by letting me know what she was doing before she touched me, and checked in with me consistently during the examination. Will definitely be going back and will be recommending to anyone looking for an awesome Clinic!!

I had an amazing experience with Kimberly. She was very knowledgeable with my PCOS and answered all my questions. She respected my decision on not wanting to use any medication and trying to be as natural as possible. The receptionist was super funny and cool. With me being a first time patient, I felt like I was at home. This was the only time I felt 100% comfortable and heard. Oh and let me not forget Richard. I was scared of having my blood drawn, but he made it so much easier for me. They have a great team there. 10/10 I would and HAVE recommended.

I found Kimberly through Sesame! I am currently waiting to get my benefits at work so finding a process that allowed me to find an amazing doctor but still be affordable without insurance was extremely important.

Her entire staff was amazing! From the time I walked in the front door to leaving, everyone was gracious and professional.

Kimberly herself is incredible and makes you feel at home. It was important for me to find some who made me feel at ease as well as someone who was knowledgeable in the field and she is all that and above! I will definitely be making her my primary physician!

My experience with Kimberly Cares was not as amazing or pleasant as these reviews indicate. The front desk receptionist is unprofessional & rude. A student checked me with another man who didn’t even introduce himself in the room. Once Kimberly Barrows came in, she communicated with me based off the students assessment. Said she was giving me referrals that I never received.
Had my bloodwork results speed read to me over the phone. This was my preventative care annual visit & I did not enjoy the experience
