i got a gel x set that cracked and folded within 2 days. they charged me for the replacement and the nail tech was impatient. i have been coming here for a few months and when i would ask about why they never soak off my nails the nail tech would say the drill bit was specifically for natural nails. when i got the set removed at a different salon, i found out how damaged my nails were. they literally drilled into my natural nails leaving drill marks and ridges in my nails. my nails are now paper thin some of them broke in half

The absolute best place!! I’ve gotten my lashes, wax and facials done by Jaylee - she never disappoints and it’s just an amazing life changing energy. Even though I no longer live in LA, every time I’m in town I get a metamorphosis facial and have such an amazing glow after it’s magical !! Do yourself a favor and book now. Haven prioritizes the beauty and happiness of their clients - it is a true gem of a space.

Do NOT come here for nails. I got a gel pedicure there just 4 days ago. Not only did they charge me an extra $20 for French tip (I don't mind paying extra for French tip but I've never paid more than $10), but it took the woman 2 full hours to do AND it has ALREADY CHIPPED. Again, this is gel, not regular polish. There's no reason why it should be chipping 4 days later. Would never go again, sticking to real nail shops now.

Jayleen is the best nail technician I have ever had. Not only her work is beautiful but it feels so comfortable on your lash and will not ruin your real lash at all. Highly recommended! It is inspiring to get to hear about their business philosophy too.

Every time I leave this place I feel more beautiful than when I walked in!!!
This is my one stop shop for my beauty maintenance. Services I have tried: lashes, brows, nails, & facials. They keep me looking my best. I was so scared to do my lashes because I previously had a bad lash experience but after getting other services done here, I finally decided to try doing my lashes and I was pleasantly surprised. I'm a water babe and put my lashes through pool parties, beach days, snorkeling and even scuba diving and my lashes stay on until my next visit. Pro tip - Become a member they will keep you looking like you woke up like this. Also book nails while getting lashes done - time saver!!!

Jaylee was fantastic!! I came into town from TX for work/ an event and my lashes from less than a week ago were already falling out ? she got me a less second same day appointment and my lashes looked better after 45 minutes with her than it does after 1.5 hours with my normal girl. I wish I lived here, she would be my regular!!! ♥️
